On this tour Mystical Journeys will take you to the Pushkar fair one of the grand events in the city of Pushkar, although it is a trading fair but it is known for Camel racing, Hot Air Ballooning and an opening ceremony right out of dreams. We will also visit a rare religious site dedicated to lord of creation, Lord Brahma and is amongst the very few temples dedicated to him. Later on our Journey we will head to the city of Lord Shiva, Varanasi one of the oldest living cities in the world and on its ghats we will experience one of the most important ceremonies on river Gandes the Dev Diwali.

After your Arrival in Delhi, our representative will meet you and assist your transfer to hotel. Have the rest of the day to relax and feel oneself again or explore the local temple that will give you your first glimpse into the Indian life and culture.
After breakfast, we will explore both sides of Delhi – the historic city and its new modern face. First we explore old Delhi by cycle rickshaw filled with twists and turns through its narrow lanes and crowded bazaars. In the evening we will see the modern architectural buildings made by British architect Edwin Lutyens then browse the colorful markets of Delhi and return to hotel by the very efficient yet unique Delhi metro system (optional).
This morning we will transfer to Delhi railway station to board the train for Ajmer and experience the Indian railways. Upon arrival we will take a short drive (approx. 20km) to Pushkar and check-in to an eco-resort. Pushkar is a small sacred town and has a rare religious site that is dedicated to the lord of creation, Lord Brahma. The reason behind it being rare is that the temple is amongst the very few existing temples of Lord Brahma in India.

Today in first half we will visit the Brahma Temple and offer our prayers, after receiving blessings we will visit the Pushkar Lake with bathing ghats for the pilgrims who come here to bathe in its healing waters. In second half we will browse the Pushkar Festival, during this bustling festival which includes various sports: camel races, horse races, and tug-of-war competitions.
Today once again we will explore heart of this fascinating fair, here we will witness many of the fair's traders along with their animals, and we will have the opportunity to see the hot air balloons (subject to availability). In the evening we will enjoy the exciting and gaiety Rajasthani folk dancing and singing.
After breakfast, we will proceed towards Jaipur (approx. 150km) called the “Pink City” for the rosy hue of its sandstone buildings. Upon arrival we will check-in to hotel, in the evening we will visit the Jantar Mantar Observatory, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and later visit the City Palace where we will begin to understand more about the local culture.
Today we will experience the elephant ride and explore the Amber Fort - stunning and well-preserved 16th century structure, built on four levels. In the second half we will browse the local and colorful markets of Jaipur and also visit the very beautiful Hawa Mahal. In evening we will have our dinner at a local cultural restaurant.
Today we will continue our journey and leave for the Vrindavan – one of the oldest cities on the bank of Yamuna River. In evening visit to the Banke Bihari temple dedicated to Lord Krishna after blessings we will browse the narrow lanes and enjoy the rickshaw ride and visit local colorful markets.
In the morning we will transfer to Delhi airport and fly for Varanasi. After our arrival we will check-in to Hotel. In the evening we will experience the spectacular Aarti (fire offering) at the bank of the holy river Ganga. Aarti starts with the chanting of hymns and prayers in the praise of the Holy River Ganges and is considered the most holy river in India. This ceremony is attended by thousands of visitor’s every day and is considered as one of the most colorful event of India.
Flight: Delhi – Varanasi via Delhi,
In the morning we will take a boat ride on Ganges and visit the Kashi Vishwanath temple devoted to Lord Shiva and is one of twelve Jyotirlingas. In the afternoon we will wander through the narrow lanes and browse the colorful markets of old Varanasi which is considered to be the oldest living city in the world. In the evening you will enjoy one of the most important ceremonies on river Ganges for Dev Diwali.
After breakfast we will leave for Vindhyachal via car (approx 60 km, 1-2 hrs) to meet Devraha Hans Baba, one of India’s greatest yogis (Subject to availability) or optional we will head to Sarnath, the site of Buddha’s first sermon there we will see the Stupa and later on proceed to see the Museum with example of fine stone carving done during the period of Ashoka.
After breakfast, we will leave for Varanasi airport to board the flight for Delhi where our journey will end.
